CodedColor PhotoStudio Pro – Powerful Image Viewer and Editor
Boasting the slogan “Your vacation is too short for a bad picture”, German software developer 1STEIN (which is pronounced “Einstein” by the way) specializes in the development of software applications for digital camera owners. As the company explained, it wants to provide “providing digital camera owners with affordable and professional image organizing and editing software.”
The company’s flagship product is CodedColor PhotoStudio, an application that weighs in at some 17MB and should work just fine with all versions of the Microsoft-developed Windows operating system.
What can you do with CodedColor PhotoStudio? To put it bluntly, you can use this application to view the images you took with your digital camera, and you can use this application to edit the images you took with your digital camera.
CodedColor PhotoStudio opens a wide range of formats, including BMP, WMF, GIF, JPEG, JPEG2000, TIFF, PCX, PNG, PSP, PSD, PCD, and all current RAW formats. CodedColor PhotoStudio can also batch convert all these file formats.
CodedColor PhotoStudio allows you to perform basic photo editing tasks such as removing red-eye effect, adjusting the color, cropping the image. It also allows you to perform more complex photo editing tasks, like adding effects and filters to an image or adding a watermark to a picture.
The functionality this software application provides does not end here. It can also be used to create slideshows, generate web albums in HTML, compress and resize images, send images via Skype, and send images via SMS.
If you decide to download and put CodedColor PhotoStudio through its paces, you must know that you can use the application free of charge for a trial period of 30 days. This should be enough time for you to realize if CodedColor PhotoStudio is the right software for you. And if you decide it is, the license is quite inexpensive.
If you are looking for a reasonably price, powerful image editor, then you won’t go wrong if you pick CodedColor PhotoStudio.
